DWD series high effective single screw extruder for wire and cable sheathing is result of our rich experience and advanced technology. Equipped with specialized screw, the extruder can be used in processing different material such as PVC,PE,PBT, Nylon, Lower smoke and no-halogen material as well as fluoroplastics. Mover over, we supply DWMV20/25,DWMV25/25 and DWMV30/25 vertical or horizontal mini extruders and equipments for production of crosslink cable and co-axial foamed cable.
Main characteristics:
(1)    Optimized screw structure to be more suitable for the raw material character
(2)    Gearbox: Cogs has been carbonized, hardened and polished. Compact size, stability of work, low noise and long service life.
(3)    Motor: AC or DC motor can be optional.
(4)    Cooling: Feeding zone by water or the other zones by air.
